Great place with great wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a lovely coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with a late check-in. Highly recommended for a relaxing experience! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Easy to walk into town. Ignore anyone who says it is a long way. They are just being lazy. It's a quick ten minutes maximum. On site parking.
Wifi was the poorest reception of any hotel we stayed in. Kept cutting out. If that's a major selling point for you...watch out! Like other reviewers have said the hotel is noisy. Banging doors from 8am...so if you like your lie-ins...beware!

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary tea and coffee facilities.
Not in a great location, about a 15 minute walk to the Place de la Comedie with few facilities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. However, there is a tram station nearby and Antigone is a beautiful neighbourhood with some bars and restaurants.

The hotel was brilliant, sparkling clean and the rooms although small were really nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful and not only spoke english really well but would also tough through our broken french. It did really feel like a luxury stay and it has been the nicest hotel i have stayed in, in a long time. Location was also great, it's a 10min stroll to get to the main plaza and it's quite a nice little walk through the other square, i would definitely stay here again!!

Really helpful staff and the cleanliness of the room, 10 minute walk to city centre
Room quite small and on a main road, lots of traffic noise if the window was open.

I loved how easy it was to walk to the Place de la Comedie and explore the charming Ecusson shopping street. The friendly front desk staff also helped.

Central location easy to walk into the shopping centre and see the town sights . Short walk for the airport bus, tramway. Plenty restaurants in walking distance.Helpful staff and friendly.
Exact directions to find the hotel from the airport bus stop would have helped.

The staff were excellent, helpful, cheerful, professional. The rooms were clean and modern. Since it is a little bit away from the Plaza Comedie which is the center of the city, it means that it is also not noisy or crowded. Because of the many colleges, universities and foreign language schools in Montpellier, the center of town is extremely noisy and crowded with young students and at night they tend to be inebriated. Because the hotel is within walking but not in the center, this was not a problem at all.
I have no complaints about the hotel itself. It is a bit away from the center but it is walkable about 15 minutes. There is also a tram about 2 streets away to ride to the center if walking is a problem. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a small workout center in the hotel with exercise bicycles etc. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay.

Nice, comfortable rooms and good price.
Breakfast area looks a bit cheap.

Proximity to public transport, clean rooms, secure parking
Noise from external sources could disrupt sleep!!! A lack of mini-fridges in rooms is inconvenient for storing drinks or snacks!!! The hotel exterior feels dated, which might not match expectations!!!
